Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

MTZ Cleaning Services ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

When you submit our quote form, we collect the information you choose to give us:

• Your name and phone number
• Your email address (optional)
• The service you need and your city
• Your preferred contact method
• Any details you add about your space or request

If you call, text or email us directly, we collect the information you share in those messages.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule and provide cleaning services, and follow up about your enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send marketing to anyone who has not asked to hear from us.

Who we share it with

Quote form submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a third-party form service that processes the submission on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else unless you ask us to, or we are required to by law.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy before we begin.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running smoothly.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to you and provide our services, and as required for our business and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
